He has received clinical training in the field of biomimetic restorative dentistry at The Microscope Training Centre, Bangaluru.

For his work in scientific research, he was awarded scholarship by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).
He also patented a wireless intraoral LED bleaching tray for the purpose of cosmetic teeth whitening.
